General information
This industrial controller consists of:
- a main bay 80 cm high, containing the charger, the
capacitor bed and a control console,
- two easily removable treatment heads, fitted with 200 mm
long xenon tubes,
- and a mini bay guaranteeing autonomous closed-circuit cooling of the heads.
It is easy to modify the energy emitted by the heads and thus to adjust the radiated power in relation to the distance or the shape of the item to be polymerised.
Thanks to its high power and its adjustment flexibility, this controller is perfectly adapted to define parameters and meet new manufacturing process requirements.
A formulator will find it very useful for confirming the adequacy
between his chemistry and the spectrum emitted, but an
industrialist will also find it very useful for defining the number
of polymerisation heads needed for a given process on a
production line.
